Return and Refund Eligibility
Due to the handmade nature of our resin items, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item has a confirmed mechanical defect. Examples of mechanical defects include:
- Broken or unstable parts that make the item unusable as intended.
- Defects that impair the function of the item as described at the time of purchase.
Please Note: Color variations, minor imperfections, or slight differences in size or shape are expected with handmade resin
items and do not qualify as defects.
How to Request a Return or Refund
If you believe your item has a mechanical defect, please follow
these steps:
- Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and a detailed description of the defect, along with clear photos showing the issue.
- Evaluation – Our team will review the provided information to determine if the item qualifies as defective.
- Resolution – If the item is found to be defective, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the defect and stock availability.
Final Sale on All Non-Defective Items
All non-defective items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to the unique, handmade nature of our resin creations.
