Return and Refund Eligibility

Due to the handmade nature of our resin items, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item has a confirmed mechanical defect. Examples of mechanical defects include:

• Broken or unstable parts that make the item unusable as intended.
• Defects that impair the function of the item as described at the time of purchase.

Please Note: Color variations, minor imperfections, or slight differences in size or shape are expected with handmade resin
items and do not qualify as defects.

How to Request a Return or Refund

If you believe your item has a mechanical defect, please follow
these steps:

• Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and a detailed description of the defect, along with clear photos showing the issue.
• Evaluation – Our team will review the provided information to determine if the item qualifies as defective.
• Resolution – If the item is found to be defective, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the defect and stock availability.

Final Sale on All Non-Defective Items

All non-defective items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to the unique, handmade nature of our resin creations.

For non-commission pieces:

• Processing Time: Non-commission resin items take a minimum of one week to complete. This timeline reflects the careful attention to detail and curing process required to create a high-quality piece.
• Shipping Time: Once your item is ready, shipping time will depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Please note that shipping time is in addition to processing time and may vary depending on your location and carrier.

Commissioned (Custom-Made) Items

For commissioned work:

• Lead Time: Commissioned pieces require a lead time of approximately two weeks for completion. This time frame may vary based on the complexity and specifications of the order.
• Initial Consultation Meeting: During the initial consultation, we will review your ideas and finalize the estimated timeline. The lead time will be confirmed after this meeting, as it allows us to address any custom requirements and set expectations for production and completion.
